On 1st of june we celebrating the world milk day, with celebration why we not just know the benefits of milk for our health and how it helps to cure our health problems.
Milk is a white liquid produced  by the mammary glands of mammals.

All mammals, including humans, will normally produce milk to feed their offspring until they are ready for solid food.

It contains valuable nutrients, and it can offer a range of health benefits. Calcium, for example, can prevent osteoporosis.Generally children and even adult also dislikes milk to drink. I remember that my mom promises  me to gave favourate choclate when i drink milk, I know same stories happened  in your life also so there are several ways that make milk more better not only for taste  but for health also.
Having said that,there are several ways to make milk even better for us.
To Lose weight
All we think that milk and yougurt promote to gain weight. But the research clearly shows that milk contain calcium actually supports weight  loss efforts.
Make it better
Mix milk with cocoa powder ( chocolate extracted from the cocoa bean) can suppress appetite and help to drop weight and increase burning of stored fat.
Banana and milk diet: loose weight fast
The banana and milk diet has immediate result and you will  not loose only extra fat but muscles mass also. You can consume 2-3 banana with one cup of milk as meal.It contain the sufficient  amount of carbohydrates  that provide  all nourishment to your body and this meal helps to loose  your weight.
To Increase Immunity
Milk helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease,stroke and kidney disease.
A glass of milk with honey in every is known to improve stamina of person. While milk contains proteins, honey contains the necessary carbohydrates required for effective stimulus of the metabolism. Milk and honey provides a boost in strength to everyone, including children and the elderly.

We all knows that  a glass of milk delivers  a big amount of good quality protein,which is great because the body needs protein for everything - renewing skin and hair, producing enzymes, building DNA, muscle its quality are also boost by taking milk  with  sago / saboodana for fast weight gain. People who are suffering from eating disorders or lack of appetite can increase their weight with the help of the rich calorie containing in the sago/ saboodana. A  glass of warm milk relaxes tense muscle and smoothed frayed nerves.Plus it contain tryptophan, an amino acid that help produce sleep inducing brain chemicals- serotonin and melatonin.
Make it better- Boil one glas of milk,add some saffron also known as kesar  ( another sleep inducer)  and  simmer gently for about five to seven minuted and consume warm.

For Strengthen Bones
As we all listen from childhood that our bone become strong if we drink a glass of milk regularly and the fact behind that the milk contain four nutrient - calcium, phosphate,vitamin D and protein and their all combination help lengthen and strengthen bones. Milk also delivers folate and zinc which are crucial for vitamin D to get into cells where it can work to build bone.
Make it better- Boil a glass of milk with a 1/2 inch piece of turmeric, add black pepper and drink up.
Cow's milk can be a source of calcium, a mineral that is important in the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth
